Our 7-step move process
We have developed a unique move process which follows global standards to ensure the smoothest move possible.
Step 1: Checklist
Before we start, we inspect the desk and verify its details against the move list. We complete a detailed checklist to ensure we capture all details to ensure nothing is missed.
Step 2: Labelling
We then label all the equipment in accordance to the move checklist and move list to ensure all equipment is accounted for.
Step 3: Shutdown & Disconnection
We ensure that the equipment is properly shutdown before disconnection. We then disconnect the the cables carefully to ensure that nothing is damaged.
Step 4: Packing
After the equipment has been disconnected, we begin packing it, ready for moving. All small items such as keyboards, mice, telephones, headsets and cables are placed into a plastic bag together with the checklist to ensure they are not lost.
Step 5: Moving & Transportation
Once all the equipment is packed, we begin moving the equipment to its new location. For moves between buildings, we provide end-to-end transportation.
Step 6: Reconnection
We begin reconnecting equipment according to the checklist and move list, ensuring a like-for-like setup. We can also deploy monitors to newly installed arms, and also help to deploy new equipment.
Step 7: QA & Testing
In the final step, we do a final check against the checklist and move list to ensure the equipment has been installed correctly. During this step we can also do some testing to ensure network connectivity and screen arrangements are correct.

Yes. The majority of moves typically happen on Friday evenings and Saturdays. There are no additional charges for moves during these hours. However, we do have a surcharge for requests on Sundays and public holidays.

Yes, we’re actually an authorised partner of IPC. However, please consult IPC directly for any specific requests involving user re-shuffles or moves.
We're also experienced with BT turrets and Speakerbus.
While we recommend a a minimum lead time of 2 weeks for planning and scheduling, we understand that urgent relocations happen — and we’re equipped to mobilise quickly when needed. Just contact us if you have an urgent request.
Yes. We have public liability and professional indemnity insurance policies. For transit insurance (between buildings), a separate policy can be taken out if requested. Please contact us in regards to this if required.
Yes. We can provide on-site post-move standby support to handle any issues that may arise after the relocation. Just let us know if you require this service.
